Thomas GODENER holds a master degree in European Business Law from the University Paris II and a LL.M in European Law from the University of Edinburgh.
After several internships in legal departments and law firms, he started his carrier in 2018 as a lawyer by working for the Aerospace department of an international law firm. He joined NICOLAS & ASSOCIES in 2021.
He focuses on maritime law, air and land transport law, insurance law and commercial litigation. He also advises on Data Protection issues (GDPR).
His working languages are French and English.
